    Nice, small country diner. Country music playing. Cozy and comfortable. Friendly waitress. The food wasn't spectacular, but it was good.

    Great homey style place with a simple breakfast. The ambiance and friendly service makes this place a pleasant stop in Moorpark. We went here before going to Underwood farms to pick strawberries and it gave us just enough energy to be in the fields and enjoy the day before the sun came out in full swing. So happy there are still places like this that are rustic and full of charm.

    Got there Easter Sunday at 9:45 they separated a table, got a high chair and served breakfast fast, and made sure we had everything we wanted. Great service and nice servers. Had a great time with my grandbaby girl, who ran around a bit ! 😆

    Finally after years of living in the area we got around to trying this place. It is just the type of old school mom & pop un-pretentious restaurant we love. The food is good, and the decor doesn't look like it's ever changed. Don't change a thing!

    This is the only diner Ill ever order steak from. They get the meat temp right. And they have stuff my kids like. It's rare for a single place to have both of those things. I love Cactus Patch.
